Another Terrible First Response

The Air Jordan III suffered the same fate as the Air Jordan I and Air Jordan II when its retro versions were introduced in 1994. Many shoe retailers had a hard time selling them.

Retro Success

The Air Jordan III were re-released in 2001 and sold extremely well. Even though the retro Air Jordan III's sold very well, only 3 colors were available. More colors became available in 2003 and a few more colors were added in 2007.
